Junior Project Manager

Location: Lisburn

Salary: Up to £40,000

An excellent opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to join a bespoke fit-out company based in their Lisburn site. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will assist with planning and executing projects within budget.

The Role:
  1. Support the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion.
  2. Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties for project execution.
  4. Track project progress and ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
  5. Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  6. Monitor project risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  7. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  8. Assist in conducting project meetings and follow-up on action items.
What you’ll need:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management, or a related field.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
  3. Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Procore).
  4. Certification in project management.
