Rate: £350 per day (Inside IR35)

Duration: 12 months

Hybrid: 3 days in the office per week - Central London

About the Role:

An international financial client is looking for an ambitious Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of key payment projects. You will work closely with senior Project Managers, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist Project Managers with note-taking, requirement gathering, prioritisation, budgeting, and coordination.
2. Delegate tasks to team members and oversee their progress.
3. Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Support project documentation and generate reports.
5. Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.

Key Skills & Experience

1. 2-3 years' experience as a Junior Project Manager (essential).
2. Background in e-wallets, online payments, or fintech (essential).
3. Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
4. Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
5. Experience in risk management and identifying project threats.
6. CAPM certification (desirable).
