Junior Project Manager

ADEY, the market leader in the provision of residential water treatment products for closed loop heating and cooling systems in the UK, is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the team.

Now part of the Genuit Groups’ Climate Management Solutions (CMS) business unit, ADEY has ambitious growth plans.

The Role

12-month fixed-term contract

The Junior Project Manager will ensure all assigned projects are completed on time and within budget and that all the departments involved in each project are meeting their objectives in a timely and professional manner.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Working style: Office based.

Responsibilities

1. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members to enable them to deliver correctly and on time
2. Assume control and responsibility for all aspects of allocated projects
3. Monitor and create relevant reporting on the progress of the projects to the NPI Project Manager
4. Identify risks and take appropriate risk mitigation actions during the lifetime of the project
5. Interface with cross functional stakeholders to ensure milestones are met
6. Escalate in a timely manner any major risks or issues affecting project progress
7. Manage the resource appointed to relevant projects
8. Work on own initiative and contribute as a valued member of wider project and business teams
9. Ensure projects are managed in accordance with agreed project methodologies and all documentation is compliant
10. Manage project plans

2. Experience as a Project Coordinator / Junior PM
3. Managing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines
4. Working in a fast paced, expanding company
5. Working knowledge of PRINCE2 / Waterfall Project Management
6. Working knowledge of AGILE Project Management
