Job Description Summary
An exciting opportunity has been created to join our UK GE Aerospace Digital Technology (DT) team. As the Junior Process Improvement Data Analyst, you will work in a team addressing statistical, machine learning, and data understanding problems in line with leadership-defined productivity challenges. You will have exposure to large datasets, wide & mixed data, feature engineering, and transformation modeling.
You will be responsible for supporting productivity initiatives, deploying operational process changes, and digital tools across GE Aerospace sites to improve profitability, efficiency, and customer outcomes. Having the ability to facilitate and motivate cross-functional teams to adopt productivity initiatives, diligently track program adoption and financial impact, and be a flexible team player are vital skills that are essential for success in this role.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar.
