Reports To: Managing Director

Status: 3-month fixed term contract

Start Date: Immediate start – Full Time, Office Based

Location: Unit 19 Waterside, 44-48 Wharf Road, London, N1 7UX

Bullion is looking for an eager up-and-coming Junior Post Producer & Production Assistant to join the team. The position spans branded content, music video and post-production projects. This is a 3-month fixed term with immediate start.

You’ll start by overseeing post-production and workflow for a football-related branded content project, managing multiple assets. The role will also involve supporting various other projects, including music videos and branded content, across both pre- and post-production phases. This is an office-based position located at our Old Street/Angel offices.

  • Working with the companies Exec Producers and Producers to oversee the post-production process from start to finish for Branded content and Special projects.
  • Creating post-production schedules and workflows for projects.
  • Help track and allocate budget spend.
  • Coordinating between clients, agencies and in-house team.
  • Working across multiple jobs at one time. Assisting with administration of all shoots set up and paperwork.
  • Assist with international shoot prep, by assisting the teams to coordinate and book visas, travel, carnet paperwork and research permits.
  • Sourcing and securing location and kit and always negotiate the best deal with suppliers.
  • Helping to draft risk assessments for final processing and sign off by Producer.
  • Design Skills and an ability to help with Social Media and PR is desired but not essential.
  • Good communication with a positive, can do attitude.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in Post Production management is essential.
  • Must be familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and working on Apple iOS.
  • A background in the branded content, documentary or advertising is essential.
  • To be an ambassador for the company, positively representing and promoting the company inside and out of work.
  • Attending industry events.
  • An understanding of APA standards.
  • Be mindful of best practice and help us continue our B-Corp certification standards.
  • To understand best practice for legal, compliance, rights and clearances, escalating where necessary.
  • Being mindful of GDPR practices at all times and relay to Producers and relevant crew and information needed by Bullion.
