About Us

Are you passionate about fashion and client relationships? We're looking for a dynamic Junior Personal Shopper to join our team and drive personalised experiences for our clients. In this role, you will build strong relationships by understanding clients' tastes and lifestyles and encouraging repeat purchases and client referrals.

The Role

This role requires you to be in the office Tuesday and Thursday weekly and up to two days in town for sourcing and content opportunities.

1. Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve an annual sales target starting at £600k, using strategic planning and pipeline management to meet goals.
2. Build & Retain Client Relationships: Develop a loyal client base, leveraging tools and strategies to enhance customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
3. Engage Clients Through Appointments & Sourcing: Conduct client appointments locally or internationally, respond to item requests, and proactively source products.
4. Collaborate with Team & Stakeholders: Uphold operational excellence, train junior team members, and coordinate with key operational staff to ensure smooth client journeys.
5. Develop Content & Expand Reach via Social Media: Create engaging content for clients, drive customer acquisition through social channels, and keep up with trending products to meet client needs.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as an assistant or equivalent in a junior sales role within the luxury fashion industry or at Threads.
2. Social media savvy and confident with learning new platforms.
3. Extensive product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market.
4. Team player with excellent communication skills.
5. Flexible and able to be hands-on.
6. Analytical approach to solving problems and improving processes.
7. Commercially astute and willing to challenge the status quo.
8. Cultural fit for a late-stage start-up (resilient, problem-solving, quick-learner, etc.).
9. Ability to engage, empathise, and up-sell with High Net Worth luxury customers.
10. An autonomous self-starter, always thinking of new ways to tackle challenges and thrives under pressure.
11. Motivated by personal sales targets and thrives on exceeding them.
12. Flexible and eager to develop their skillset and industry experience.
13. Bonus points if you are fluent in another language.
