Job Title: Junior Office Administrator

Remuneration: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

  1. Maintain and manage arbitration case files for smooth operations
  2. Acknowledge and forward correspondence to relevant parties promptly
  3. Set up new cases and appeals with precision
  4. Format awards and send procedural letters efficiently
  5. Respond to arbitration inquiries, guiding individuals on relevant rules
  6. Maintain accurate spreadsheets for case actions
  7. Handle telephone enquiries professionally and informatively
  8. Assist the Arbitration Manager with additional tasks as required
