Junior/Mid Designer

What they’re looking for:

1. 1–4 years’ experience in a design or creative agency
2. Some branding know-how, you get how to build a brand from the ground up
3. A portfolio packed with crafted, clever, and beautiful design
4. Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite
5. Confident designing & formatting pitch decks that tell a story
6. Bonus points for After Effects / Blender / Cinema 4D — but not essential
