The Junior Medical Writer role:
Using your scientific background and expertise, you will help connect healthcare professionals and patients with the knowledge, tools, and services they need to better achieve their goals. Working on global healthcare accounts, you will help your clients deliver well-informed, scientifically accurate, and compelling communications across a range of media. Expect to be:

1. Writing creative, scientifically accurate communications - from patient information to websites to social channels
2. Carrying out research and analysing data that supports your communication
3. Working collaboratively with each discipline to ensure accuracy and the most engaging method of communication
4. Gaining in-depth understanding of different therapy areas and brands

1. Have a Life Science degree
2. Be able to demonstrate a genuine interest and ability in scientific and creative writing
3. Have a passion to work in healthcare and produce creative and engaging communication
4. Possess a high level of attention to detail
5. Display very strong organisational and time management skills
6. Be professional, approachable, and confident in sharing their ideas
7. A team player with excellent initiative and problem-solving skills

1. You submit your application
2. We have a screening call, either over the phone or Microsoft Teams
3. First stage: you will be given a writing task
4. Second stage: An interview will be booked in and can be completed in the office or remotely. Covers questions around the main competencies of the role (communication, organisation, prioritising etc.)
5. Then...a decision!
