Junior Mechanical Fitter
£30,000 - £35,000 + Training + Progression + Company Bonus + Company Benefits

Are you from a Mechanical background? On offer is a varied role offering specialist training within a market-leading company on a path of continued growth, who value their employees' technical development and offer a bonus to increase your earnings.
Since their establishment in 1998, this company has grown to over 40 employees at their Templecombe site and has become market leaders in the production and supply of fertilizer products for the sports industry, with key clients being football stadiums and golf courses. They now supply to 25 countries and due to their continued success, they are looking to add a Maintenance Fitter to their tight-knit, on-site team.
In this varied role, you will undertake a number of engineering duties as you work closely with the Production Manager. You will be involved in daily repair, maintenance, improvement, and development of plant machinery, diagnosing plant failures, and performing mechanical fittings on production equipment.
This role would suit a Maintenance Fitter or similar with experience working on plant machinery who is looking to join a tight-knit company that is continually growing and developing and values their employees.
