Are you a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer or similar looking to join a well-established company with excellent progression opportunities, where you will receive 1-1 training from Senior engineers with over 25 years' experience?

This company, established in 1997, has grown to a headcount of over 50 people. With a varied client base across Commercial, Education, MOD, and Retail, they provide full turnkey Mechanical and Electrical Services and now have a full order book for the next 3 years. Due to the retirement of one of their Mechanical Design Engineers, they are now looking for a replacement to join their tight-knit team.

In this varied role, you will be office-based, learning from Senior Design Engineers. You will be involved in internal design team meetings, collaborating with the Electrical team to coordinate works, completing calculations for pipe and ductwork, as well as marking up drawings using AutoCAD. You will develop your skills on different software including Revit and MicroBIM while progressing within a steadily growing company.

This role would suit a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer looking to join a company with excellent training and development opportunities, continual progression routes, and opportunities for long-term career growth.

The Role:

• Develop your skills, working closely with Senior Engineers.
• Complete Engineering calculations for pipework and ductwork.
• Collaborate with other teams including Electrical, Structural, and CAD team.
