Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and provide administrative assistance to our executive team. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to develop their skills in both marketing and executive support within a fast-paced technology consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support:

1. Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
2. Create and schedule social media posts, email campaigns, and website content.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
4. Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
5. Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools.
6. Maintain and update the company’s CRM and email marketing lists.

Executive Assistance:

1. Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
2. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.
3. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries on behalf of executives.
4. Assist in organizing internal meetings and company-wide communications.
5. Perform other administrative duties as required to support the executive team.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication and organizational skills.
2. Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
3. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
5. High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
