Junior Manufacturing Engineer – £28k - £32k – Huge Growth Potential!

Your Role:

  • Support manufacturing operations with process improvements & troubleshooting.
  • Work with MRP systems to update BOMs, routings & engineering drawings.
  • Assist in lean manufacturing & problem-solving initiatives.
  • Design and validate tooling, fixtures & test specifications.
  • Collaborate across departments, from QA & Engineering to Purchasing & Operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of manufacturing experience with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong SolidWorks & MS Office skills.
