Overview

Publicis Global Media HQ is at the heart of financial excellence, enabling strategic business decisions through precise and insightful financial management. We're seeking a dedicated Management Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a variety of financial projects, develop your management experience, and contribute to the financial health of our global media operations.

This is a pivotal role within a globally recognized organization that values innovation and collaboration. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare full monthly management accounts for two Global Media HQ entities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
2. Execute headcount and salary reconciliations, and manage monthly journal postings.
3. Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations using Blackline, maintaining high standards of financial integrity.
4. Own the rolling forecasts and annual budgeting processes to support strategic financial planning.
5. Raise purchase orders and invoices, with support from the management accounting team.
6. Collaborate with team leads on travel and expense (T&E) reporting.
7. Manage the Work in Progress (WIP) account, ensuring accurate records and analyses.

Qualifications

1. Experience in finance and accounting roles, with expertise in budget preparation and P&L forecasting.
2. Proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and analytics.
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
5. Candidate should have exposure to management accountants, including reviewing P&L's, journal entries, and balance sheets.
