Responsibilities:

1. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Assist with routine inspections and scheduled maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
2. Reactive Maintenance: Support troubleshooting and minor repairs for unexpected faults to minimize downtime.
3. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols while maintaining building services.
4. Team Support: Work closely with senior engineers and contractors on larger projects and upgrades.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work completed and report issues to the maintenance supervisor.
6. Learning & Development: Participate in on-the-job training and certification programs to build technical expertise.
