Junior Licensed Graphics Designer - Ladies and Older Girls

We are looking for a junior level designer to work for a hugely successful fashion licensing design company, focusing on ladieswear and girlswear multi-product fashion with an emphasis on graphics.

This is a fabulous opportunity for a graphics graduate who would like to join a very successful creative licensed graphics company and grow their career.

Main responsibilities will include:

1. Ladies and girls licensed graphics for various customers, both online and UK high street.
2. Working mainly on t-shirts and apparel, the role will also include nightwear and underwear design.
3. Generation of artwork for product sampling/sample management.
4. Detailed seasonal and ongoing research for future and current trends.
5. Direct customer and licensor liaison, including attendance in buyer development meetings, licensing trade shows, and licensing events.
6. Immersion in the licensed apparel industry.

Person specifications:

1. Passionate about licensed graphics and fashion.
2. Good working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop is imperative.
3. Licensing industry experience is not essential but is a big plus.
4. Highly organised and capable of working to and managing deadlines.
5. High attention to detail.
6. Self-motivated and possess initiative and self-reliance, but also the ability to work as part of a team.
7. Good time management and prioritisation skills.
