Junior Legal Counsel, Investment Manager

Our client is a US asset manager with a mid-sized London office based in the heart of the West End. A vacancy has arisen for a junior lawyer to take on a varied investment management role. As an integral part of the team, your diverse role will focus on funds, in particular UCITS in Ireland and Luxembourg, as well as IMAs and broader regulatory advice.

With approximately 1-4 years' pqe, you will have a background in funds gained in a well-respected law firm or an in-house setting. You will be a team player with strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Most importantly, you should have the right attitude and aptitude to learn quickly, as the senior lawyers in the team will work with you to train you in the areas where you don’t already have expertise.
