Would you like to be involved in projects that make a difference? Do you have experience in supporting software solutions and been involved in change management projects? Are you keen to make a difference?

If so, the Digital Data and Technology team are looking for a full-time Junior Support Officer to join a dynamic team. You will be responsible for assisting with the management, maintenance, testing, and user support of software solutions.

Main duties of the job

Your Key responsibilities include:

  1. Respond to all types of ICT related issues reported either via the telephone, HALO or in person effectively and efficiently, in a polite and professional manner adhering to negotiated Service Level Agreements.
  2. Assist in the testing and implementation of new ICT systems (both clinical and non-clinical applications), which include hospital site visits.
  3. Assist with Major Incident support onsite, assuring users are communicated with and business continuity is followed, as per guidance.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
