The Role

As a Junior IT Support Engineer, you will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to a varied client base. You'll work across Microsoft 365, networking, backups, VoIP systems, and more. From remote troubleshooting to assisting on-site with new deployments, no two days will be the same.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Responding to IT support tickets and resolving technical issues
2. Supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams
3. Setting up laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and VoIP phones
4. Troubleshooting networking and connectivity issues
5. Assisting in project work like system migrations and new site setups
6. Documenting your work and maintaining SLA commitments

What You'll Need:

1. 2+ years' experience in an IT support role (MSP background is a bonus!)
2. Confident troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11
3. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
4. A team player who loves learning and problem-solving

Desirable Extras:

1. Experience with Intune, Autopilot, Azure
2. Familiarity with VoIP systems or broadband provisioning
3. Cyber Essentials certification
4. A full UK driving licence (helpful for occasional on-site visits)
