Junior IT Support

We are working with one of our legal clients to recruit for a Junior IT Support.

The Candidate will be required to be on site and need the following:

• Helping with hardware and being on site helping with IT kit.
• Responding to telephone and dealing with stakeholders.
• Log, update and resolve support calls through to completion ensuring that communication is maintained throughout, and expectations are set from the outset.
• Participate in new system rollouts and IT projects as and where required.
