About the role

We are hiring a Junior Human Resources (HR) Business Partner for our team in London.

In this role, you will support our Senior HR Business Partner in managing key HR processes and providing operational support for day-to-day people matters. You will play an important role in ensuring the successful delivery of HR activities at all stages of the employee lifecycle and will have the opportunity to collaborate with the wider global HR team on exciting projects that align to our Global People Plan.

Activities that you will get involved with day to day will be things like:

  1. Providing operational support to key stakeholders and employees on a range of HR matters.
  2. Enabling the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all employees.
  3. Supporting the provision of guidance on employee relations matters. Contributing to the offering of proactive solutions and supporting managers in resolving issues effectively.
  4. Helping to manage the performance management process, ensuring that feedback and development plans are effectively communicated and implemented.
  5. Supporting HR projects aimed at driving organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  6. Partnering with the wider HR team to implement and enhance global HR initiatives and programs.

About you

  1. Some previous experience in a HR role. For example, you may be working in, or have previously worked in, an entry level HR role and are looking for the next step up in your career;
  2. CIPD qualified, or relevant professional experience;
  3. Knowledge and experience of implementing best practice people solutions to enable a great business culture;
  4. Strong attention to detail, particularly in relation to things like preparing presentations and reports;
  5. Excellent written and spoken English abilities;
  6. Capable of handling different tasks, responsibilities and tight schedules;
  7. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities;
  8. A flexible and professional approach to adapt to changing needs and priorities.

Work pattern
