Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees, primarily within your geographical region.
2. Assist in managing disciplinary, grievance, and absence management cases.
3. Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
4. Help deliver recruitment, retention, and L&D activities.
5. Support the People Business Partners with managing employment tribunals, change management initiatives, and HR-related projects.
6. Foster positive relationships with managers and staff to promote a collaborative and high-performance culture.
7. Assist with workforce planning, identifying career pathways, and promoting talent development within the region.

What We’re Looking For:

1. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working toward it).
2. Proven experience providing support on key HR activities such as employee relations, absence management, and grievance handling.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
4. Good organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
5. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage a varied workload.
6. Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
7. A proactive approach to personal and professional development.
