We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Human Resources sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Junior HR Business Partner to join a leading consultancy focused on sustainability.

Circa £40,000 (depending on experience) + Hybrid working - 2 days from Home 3 days in the office per week

Junior HR Business Partner’s Core Duties

  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on all HR related topics
  • Administer all life cycle changes
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Support on all disciplinary matters and disputes
  • Administer all leave and holiday requests
  • Provide guidance and support for performance reviews

Junior HR Business Partner’s Skills & Experience Required

  • 3 years’ experience in HR coordinator role
  • Degree in Human Resources or Part/fully CIPD qualified
  • Experience in Employee Relations and an up-to-date knowledge of legislation and best practice
  • Experience with HR Systems
  • Good experience with MS Office (including Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Experience working in high growth and fast paced environment
