As a Junior HR Business Partner, your role is to provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees (mainly within their geographical region) in line with the organisation’s policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
The job holder will be responsible for recruitment and retention activities, L&D administration, as well as advising managers on casework where necessary and building excellent working relationships with stakeholders.
The role additionally supports the HRBP on the administrative management of Employment Tribunals and the delivery of the corporate and local HR Strategy and objectives through project work. As a Junior People Business Partner, you will become familiar with the operations of the regions and key performance indicators (KPIs) and work with the people partners and the wider people team.
You will support in line managing the People Advisors and People Administrators.
