This role is all about creating inspiring, on-brand visual concepts for clients, partners, and colleagues across digital and print materials. Reporting to the Marketing Content and Communications Manager, you’ll support the Marketing team in achieving targets and maintaining a consistent, high-quality representation of the WorkNest brand.
Your focus will be on attracting new clients, engaging current clients and partners, and enhancing internal communications. Working closely with colleagues to develop briefs, you’ll bring creative ideas to life in WorkNest’s supportive, forward-thinking team, where your voice and input are truly valued.
What We Offer
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with a degree or formal qualification in Graphic Design (or a related field). You should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
You will be responsible for designing and producing marketing materials, including social media graphics, brochures, event materials, and presentations, ensuring all work aligns with WorkNest’s brand guidelines while maintaining a high standard of design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is essential, along with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques. Experience with animation and video editing is a bonus!
We need someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, who can take direction, collaborate with the team and external agencies, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
