Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours a week

About the Role

As a Junior Footwear Technologist, you will be an integral part of our dedicated Tech team, reporting directly to the General Technical Manager. This hands-on role will immerse you in a diverse range of footwear products across men's, women's, and kids' collections.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

1. Has a passion for footwear: Experienced in the fashion industry with a focus on footwear.
2. Knows the ins and outs of product safety: Highly knowledgeable about consumer product safety requirements and able to ensure compliance through relevant legislation.
3. Is a proactive problem-solver: Strong ability to assess risks, understand testing and performance requirements.
4. Communicates effectively: Comfortable collaborating with colleagues and customers at all levels.
5. Thrives in a fast-paced environment: Highly organised, efficient, and able to meet tight deadlines.
6. Is tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
7. Holds a relevant degree: Educated to degree level, ideally in fashion design, business, or retail.
