Junior Finance Business Partner

Description

About The Role: The Role exists to support the overall finance function, provide insightful reporting and proactively look for improvements.

Day to day you would support the Financial Controller and wider team by:

  • Communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Providing timely information to the Director of Finance & CFO.
  • Developing new metric reports.
  • Supporting the business goals and financial strategy.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in producing monthly management accounts and board packs.
  • Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and support P&L pack construction.
  • Project Support: Handle tasks with cashflow implications and regulatory requirements in mind.
  • Systems and Processes: Innovate and streamline document production.
  • Team Contribution: Actively contribute to the finance team and wider business. Live and promote the GTI Values.

Other Information
  • Permanent role - 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm.
  • 3-month probationary period.
