Junior Field Service Engineer

In the role of Junior Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and providing technical support for WCCTV Rapid Deployment CCTV Towers. This field-based position will see you travelling to various locations from your home base, ensuring our cutting-edge systems are functioning optimally. You'll play a crucial part in delivering outstanding service to our customers, utilising your initiative, and maintaining a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. Whether diagnosing faults or documenting processes, you'll be an essential part of our mission to provide first-class service.

Hours of Work: Full-time

Junior Field Service Engineer Requirements:

1. Full, Clean UK Drivers Licence
2. Manual dexterity - the ability to assemble and fix electronic equipment to a prescribed standard.
3. Demonstrate proven experience in fault finding, commissioning and maintenance of electrical equipment
4. HNC level or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
5. Knowledge of stock control processes
6. Background in Electronics preferably gained in a technology service environment, together with an understanding of analytical applications.
7. Previous technical experience in a field engineer, field technician or white goods technician role is desirable but not essential.
8. Previous experience within the CCTV or alarm field is desirable; any technical background knowledge is favoured.

Junior Field Service Engineer Benefits:

1. Annual Salary of £25,000 to £29,000 depending on experience.
