About the Role:

As a Junior Ecommerce Executive, you'll be supporting the day-to-day management of the company's Shopify store, optimising product listings, and working closely with the marketing team on promotions and sales campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain valuable experience in ecommerce operations, analytics, and digital marketing.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Assist with the daily operations of the Shopify store, including product uploads, content updates, and visual merchandising.
2. Optimise product listings by updating descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO elements.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, sales campaigns, and product launches.
4. Monitor and analyse site performance, sales trends, and customer behaviour using Excel and Shopify analytics.
5. Ensure accurate product and stock data management, working closely with the merchandising team.
6. Identify opportunities to improve the website user experience and suggest enhancements.
7. Stay up to date with Shopify features, ecommerce trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For:

1. A keen interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and online retail.
2. Experience with Shopify is a bonus but not essential - training will be provided.
3. Strong proficiency in Excel (comfortable working with spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis).
4. Attention to detail with an ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
5. A proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. Basic understanding of SEO and ecommerce analytics is a plus.
8. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
