We're looking for a junior developer to join a collaborative in-house IT dev team focused on delivering effective, user-friendly software solutions to enhance business processes. This entry-level role is ideal for a graduate, apprentice, or anyone with a keen interest in programming looking to grow their skills in a supportive environment. You will work on developing, maintaining, and supporting software applications, with training and guidance provided to help you thrive!

Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into technical requirements to support agile software development.
• Participate in software testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain software solutions under the guidance of senior developers, using technologies like .Net, C#, SQL Server, and low-code platforms.
• Provide technical support to address issues, assisting with bug fixes and user queries.
• Assist in post-launch support and ensure the smooth adoption of new and updated systems.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of .Net development (preferably C#), SQL Server, and Transact-SQL.
• Familiarity with APIs and web services (REST, SOAP).
• Relevant programming experience with a basic understanding of Agile methodologies and database management.
• Strong interpersonal skills to convey complex information clearly.
