We are looking to find a talented Junior Designer who has a passion for mens shirts to join our amazing Menswear Team. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively.

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include:

• Work alongside the JD / Designer to deliver the global product direction.
• Work with the Designers to meet critical path deadlines and deliver the right designs, at the right time.
• Create CAD's using Photoshop / Illustrator in order to show true representation of product for range reviews and PLM tech packs.
• Support the Designer to deliver Design Briefs to Indirect Suppliers when required.
• Support the Designer on producing a high standard of Tech pack and hit rate on Direct.

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include:

• Strong design and CAD skills with an eye for detail.
• Knowledge of trend interpretation, current competitive marketplace, and product design.
• Experience in briefing and specifying direct design sourced product, working with Technology/Design and Buying to create high standards of Tech Packs.
• High level of proficiency in Design IT applications to optimise the quality of design work e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, CAD.
• Multitask orientated with the ability to work to tight deadlines to the Design and Buying critical path.
