Step this way. We’re looking for an aspiring Junior Design Apprentice to help us bring boatloads of amazing creative work to life. Whether you're fresh out of college, in the middle of a course, or just starting your creative journey – this is a great chance to get a glimpse of agency life.

What You’ll Be Doing

Every day, you’ll:

Think.
Try.
Tweak.
Try again.
Get a bit annoyed.
Think it through.
Nail it.
Fist bump it.

In other words, this role’s all about being creative – and you won’t be going it alone. You’ll have fellow creatives, strategists, account leads and other senior staff backing you up (and they’re all ace). Together, you’ll craft everything from scroll-stopping social to brand-defining campaigns, plus a whole lot more. You’ll also have a devoted day to focus on your studies (Apprenticeship qualification).

What We’re Looking For

  • A portfolio with potential (passion projects, college work or anything else).
  • A sharp eye for type, layout, imagery and colour.
  • Hunger. For biscuits, yeah – but also to learn, grow, and level up.
  • An ability to take feedback like a champ.

And bring a bit of…

  • Know-how in the Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
  • Curiosity and passion for picking up motion graphics.
  • A knack for branding and layout skills.
  • A big-picture mindset and the confidence to share your ideas.

Think you’re the one? Then we want to hear from you. Apply for our design apprenticeship today – and learn what it takes to turn great ideas into great work.
