Now Hiring: Junior Data Technology Consultant (SC Cleared)

Location: Hybrid (Combination of Remote & On-Site Work)

Salary: Competitive – Based on Experience

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We're currently working in partnership with a growing tech consultancy known for delivering cutting-edge data and operations solutions to a wide range of UK-cleared customers. As they expand their Operations team, we're supporting them in the search for a Data Technology Consultant to join their ranks.

This is an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy professional with an interest in data platforms and analytics to work alongside an experienced team within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement:
    Support in identifying customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
    Attend regular customer meetings to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  2. Problem Solving:
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on data tech platforms.
    Collaborate with senior consultants on complex problems, keeping clients in the loop.
  3. Testing & Integration:
    Carry out system tests to ensure functionality and compatibility.
    Help maintain system stability during upgrades and new implementations.
  4. Team Collaboration:
    Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and skill-building sessions.
    Develop a deep understanding of data tools, tech, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
  1. Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance is essential (due to the nature of the client base).
  2. Certifications: Splunk Cloud/Enterprise Admin certification required.
  3. Tech Skills: Solid understanding of data analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting systems. Hands-on experience administering Splunk (Enterprise or Cloud). Exposure to similar technologies is a bonus.
