Are you ready to embark on a dynamic journey in the realm of Data? Look no further, Adkirk Law are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join them as a Data Apprentice.

You will be immersed in a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing your skills in data presentation and analysis. Your responsibilities will include creating visually compelling tables, graphs, and charts to communicate findings to diverse audiences. You'll gain proficiency in systems such as LEAP, SRA, and Excel, where you'll refine data by removing duplicates, correcting errors, and ensuring completeness. Collating and formatting data for analysis and reporting will be integral to supporting staff meetings, identifying market trends, and contributing to further business research.

As a key supporting team member, you will enjoy a competitive salary ranging from £16,000 per annum, generous holiday entitlement, including 25 days plus 8 bank holidays, and unique benefits such as an additional day off for your birthday and the opportunity to accumulate extra holiday days with each year of service.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Data Business Insights Level 3 qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Support with tasks around data presentation, creating tables, graphs, charts, etc. to showcase findings that will be presented to various audiences.
• Gain an understanding of systems such as LEAP, SRA, and Excel – you will remove duplicate entries, correct spelling errors, complete blank fields, and remove any obsolete data.
• Collate and format data for further analysis and reporting – this analysis and reporting will support staff meetings, identifying trends for the current market, and research for further business.
• Support with providing evidence to team members by scanning and creating PDF formats and versions of any documentation. This will then need to be uploaded into the case management system which involves a range of platforms across Microsoft Office 365.
• Prepare documentation and contact letters for clients and cross-reference information to confirm information is correct.
• Ensure contact details are accurate and support with sorting letters to be posted.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour break)
• 25 Days holiday + 8 bank holidays
• 1 Day extra holiday accumulated for each year of service (capped when you reach 30 days)

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Good customer service skills – experience is beneficial
• Be comfortable and presentable when speaking with clients over the phone
• Computer literate – good understanding of how to use Excel and Word
• GCSE Grade 4 in Maths and English
