Junior Customer Support Officer (Full Training)

£26,000 - £28,000 + Salary Reviews + Excellent Training + Career Progression

Office Based, Commutable from Derby, Burton Upon Trent, Nottingham, Lichfield, Coalville, Leicester and surrounding areas

Do you enjoy speaking with people supporting Product or Technical questions as part of a close-knit team where you will be heavily invested in through technical training, whilst working for an Engineering company where you will provide technical support and be trained on CAD with a great work-life balance?

The Role:

1. Office based Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
2. Providing phone technical support and CAD designs for customers
