Are you motivated by helping to grow, retain and upsell accounts with different businesses? Are you looking to learn and grow in an expanding Customer Success team that manages clients and projects in multiple different markets and industries? Maybe you're PriceBeam's new Junior Customer Success Manager!

We are looking for a talented Junior Customer Success Manager who can become a key part of helping to retain and grow clients with PriceBeam across all markets.

An entry level position at PriceBeam, the Junior Customer Success Manager role is a great place to start your career. This role will enable you to build foundational knowledge and understanding of client management in a SaaS environment, and to get exposure to market research and price optimization and to our growing base of clients.

Responsibilities for the role include:

  1. Partnering with internal teams and key customer users to understand client's sales goals and objectives
  2. Supporting the team with client campaigns planning, content creation, setup, and activation
  3. Provide support and guidance on campaign analysis and client engagements, webinars, presentations and reporting
  4. Assisting with user and account management related tasks and document preparation
  5. Researching and building a strong understanding of client organizations and providing insights to the wider team
  6. Learning and providing expertise on PriceBeam's suite of products

The ideal candidate:

  1. Newly graduated with a Bachelor's Degree - or equivalent experience
  2. A high attention to detail and inquisitive
  3. A self-starter with good time management skills
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
  6. Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  7. Ability to quickly learn new software features and clearly communicate their value

Please note that we cover global customers. Therefore, please expect that you may be asked to start earlier or finish later than normal for some European / North American calls. Also please note that we operate as a remote working team.
