Your new role
The Junior Customer Service Manager will work closely with the Customer Service Manager to support in leading and supporting the customer service employees. This role will be crucial for ensuring customer outcomes as you support in implementation and day-to-day execution of the customer service strategy, managing operations and encouraging the customer-first mindset of the organisation. It will also be crucial to collaborate with other departments, including compliance and underwriting for a seamless service and compliance with standards. This role also includes mentorship of customer service team members, tracking team performance, customer feedback and complaints and using these insights to assist senior management in business decisions.
