THE ROLE

The strategic CRM vision and operational roadmap includes; SCV, personalisation, conversion, database growth, channel optimisation and analytics & insight.
We deliver a data driven approach to communication. Utilise segmentation, Ai & automation to deliver highly individualised, real time customer experiences at scale, driving; relevancy, next purchase conversion & longer term brand preference.
Analytics & customer intelligence are key to embed a culture of results based decision making and experimentation, driving channel optimisation and future strategy definition.
This is an incredibly exciting time for CRM at AllSaints. An ambitious CRM strategy has just been defined and this role will be integral to its successful delivery.
The junior CRM executive sits within our digital team and is responsible for delivering CRM campaigns to drive continual revenue growth from our customer databases, through data driven marketing.
The person in this role will be the business lead in executing CRM campaigns, and will work closely with the CRM manager, and digital marketing and web teams, to also input into the delivery of the broader CRM strategy.
