Axel Arigato is seeking a Junior Creative to join the Creative team at our UK office in London.

This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in the fashion and creative industries, working across a variety of platforms, including digital, print and e-commerce.

The Junior Creative will play a key role in transforming creative concepts into visually compelling, on-brand assets through design and artworking. Projects will include campaign roll-outs, social media content, product launches, digital marketing to e-commerce assets (ads, newsletters, website visuals), print collaterals (packaging, event invites, etc.), and more. Image retouching and editing skills are strongly preferred for this role to ensure all visuals meet the highest quality standards.

We are looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about graphic design, combining conceptual thinking with fresh, innovative energy to contribute to the elevation and evolution of the Axel Arigato brand.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Design and artwork visually compelling, on-brand assets across digital platforms (social media, newsletters, ads, website) and print materials (logo, packaging, event invites, brand collaterals, installations).
  • Execute creative design solutions for seasonal campaign roll-outs and frequent product launches.
  • Retouch and edit images for e-commerce and campaign assets to ensure high-quality visuals across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Designer, Art Director and the wider creative team to maintain brand consistency across all deliverables and align with the creative direction.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, working closely with the Creative Project Manager.
  • Stay informed on design and industry trends, proactively contributing new ideas and creative perspectives to the team & brand.
  • Experience in motion graphics is beneficial in bringing graphics to life with creative edits and animations for various platforms.
  • Provide graphic design support for ad-hoc tasks required by wider teams.


ARE YOU THE ONE?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within the fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop (image retouching), Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with video editing software such as After Effects, Premier Pro, and CapCut is always beneficial.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, and email marketing platforms like Ometria is beneficial.
  • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects including branding, and digital and print design, ideally with examples of retouching and image editing highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and colour theory.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective time management skills to create and deliver assets on time for internal review and approval.
  • A proactive, adaptable, ‘no task is too small’ mindset with a passion for learning and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for content creation is an asset, for supporting any ad-hoc, lo-fi content projects.
