A leading public transportation company is seeking a Junior Programme Manager to support the mobilisation of a high-profile operation.
As Junior Programme Manager, you will support your team in managing multiple workstreams within the PMO, liaising with various team members, managing timelines, reporting, KPIs, etc., and working closely with the PMO Lead.
Responsibilities
Monitor and report on project execution performance against key milestone and KPIs.
Work with a variety of stakeholders and connect dependencies across work streams and teams.
Set up programme governance and run transparent monitoring and reporting of risk & benefit.
Communicate the change agenda clearly to key stakeholders across regions and clarify accountability and project milestones.
Requirements
2-3 years’ experience from a management consulting firm is a must.
Previous experience supporting multiple workstreams on large & complex programmes in a heavy industry.
Previous experience in rail, energy, construction, transport, infrastructure, capital projects, aviation or equivalent is a must.
