Junior Commercial Finance Broker: On behalf of this growing Commercial Finance Broker, we’re looking for a driven and ambitious Junior Commercial Finance Broker to join a growing team.

• Full-time / Permanent
• Free & Low-Cost Parking | Main Bus Route from Manchester
• £23,000 - £24,000 starting salary plus uncapped commission scheme
• Monday-Friday | 37 Hours/Week

About the Role:
This Junior Commercial Finance Broker role is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided. You’ll learn how to source funding, support clients, and grow into a trusted finance advisor — all while earning from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Commercial Finance Broker, you’ll be coached and supported while gradually taking on the following:

• Client Discovery: Speak with business owners to understand their goals and funding needs.
• Funding Support: Learn how to identify and source suitable finance options from a network of lenders and partners.
• Relationship Building: Help build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships through excellent service.
• Proposal Preparation: Assist in putting together simple, clear funding proposals tailored to each business.
• Market Learning: Stay up to date with trends in commercial lending (you’ll be taught how).
• Compliance & Admin: Learn the basics of financial documentation and ensure processes are accurate and compliant.
