This is a great opportunity for a Junior or Graduate Civil Engineer to join an established yet growing multidisciplinary consultancy, where you will be exposed to a variety of projects, all whilst having the opportunity to get full support on chartership and progress through the company to principal.

This well-established consultancy works in a variety of disciplines including Civils, Structural, Geotechnical, Environmental, and M&E. With the majority of their projects being within the Domestic, Residential, Commercial, and Power sectors, they provide a high standard consultancy service from conception to completion for their clients. Their high standards have led to great success over the years, and that is why they are looking to add to their team with this great opportunity.

In this role, depending on your level of experience, you will take on a number of responsibilities, which will include being presented with development layouts from clients where you'll be responsible for providing technical drawings and designs for those layouts using software like Causeway Flow and PDS. Additionally, you will liaise with on-site teams and clients to ensure the projects are running to specifications and help solve any problems as they arise. Finally, you will occasionally travel to sites to carry out surveys and get a clear view of the project.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a motivated Junior or Civil Design Engineer with some previous industry experience looking to progress their career and ideally has a full UK driver's license to travel to sites as required.

The Role:

• Working on a mixture of civil projects in different sectors

• Based in their office in Edinburgh, with occasional site travel

The Person:

• Graduate or Junior Civil Design Engineer - would also consider someone at a senior level
• Any relevant civils industry experience
• Any previous experience using PDS or Causeway Flow
• Commutable distance to their office in Edinburgh
• Full UK driver's license
