Role Title: Junior Business Analyst
BU/Segment: Insurance Consulting
Location: London, United Kingdom (Flexible hybrid working)

Summary of the role:
The Junior Business Analyst will operate within the Insurance Domain, supporting clients in delivering their transformation requirements. This involves gathering and analysing data, preparing functional and technical documentation, and ensuring project success both independently and collaboratively with internal and client teams.
You will work alongside a team of insurance specialists from the global and general insurance markets, enhancing their industry knowledge and consultancy skills. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise while contributing to the successful delivery of client projects.
We welcome candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience within an analysis role, preferably in consulting or delivery. However, we are also open to enthusiastic graduates from university with a passion for Insurance Transformation who are eager to start their career in this dynamic field.
As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:
- Support client project teams to successfully deliver engagements and deliverables.
- Assess and document processes to help design the target state and shape how it can be achieved using technology.
- Formulate business requirements into functional design for enabling technology solutions.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, demonstrating core project and people management skills.
- Establish guidelines and ways of working for project delivery through both waterfall and various agile methodologies.
- Support clients in activities including project planning, requirements gathering, and process definition.
- Work within diverse teams to deliver measurable business outcomes to quality and timescales.
- Build effective relationships with peer-level stakeholders across all business workstreams, including Operations, Risk, and IT.
- Support business development efforts such as pre-sales, bid preparation, and client presentations.
Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:- Minimum of 2 years of experience within an analysis role, preferably in consulting or delivery.
- Strong understanding of underwriting and claim principles and cost drivers, with fluency in the changing landscape of insurance process delivery.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; a graduate degree is preferred.
- Ability to travel.
