We are on the lookout for a Junior Business Analyst to support a high-profile Digital Transformation Programme in the public sector. What you'll be doing:

1. Gather & Document Requirements
2. Support Process Mapping (As-Is & To-Be)
3. Collaborate with Stakeholders
4. Write User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
5. Support Data Warehousing elements

What we're looking for:

1. Some experience as a Business Analyst or exposure to similar roles
2. Familiarity with MS Visio and process mapping
3. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
4. A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude
5. Experience in Contact Centre or CRM environments (Desirable)
