Role Overview

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will support the analysis of business processes, data trends, and operational efficiencies to provide insights that drive decision-making. Key Responsibilities

1. Assisting in the assessment and optimisation of business processes
2. Conducting data analysis and preparing reports to identify trends and opportunities
3. Gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements for business improvements
4. Supporting the development of business cases and process mapping initiatives
5. Collaborating with different teams to implement changes and track progress
6. Preparing presentations and reports for senior management
7. Researching market trends and competitor strategies to support business decisions
8. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and assisting in performance tracking

Who We Are Looking For

1. A degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
3. Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
4. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Tableau being a plus
6. A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to learning
7. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing business needs
