Junior BMS Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

We are representing a growing BMS company based in London who are looking to take on a Junior BMS Project Manager to assist in managing and supporting their projects. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the management of subcontractor applications and certifications.
  2. Help supervise subcontractors and commissioning teams, ensuring quality standards are met.
  3. Maintain communication with clients and assist in preparing progress updates and reports.
  4. Contribute to the preparation and management of detailed project work schedules.
  5. Support in risk assessments and method statements, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
  6. Assist in the coordination of projects from handover through to final account.
  7. Help prepare monthly project and cost reports for internal and board presentations.
  8. Travel to project sites when necessary and adapt working hours to meet project requirements.
Experience & Skills:
  1. A minimum of 5 years experience working in a projects team.
  2. Experience with multiple BMS systems.
  3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
