Junior/Assistant Project Manager

We are a growing Heritage Conservation company specialising in stone masonry, plaster work and the decorative arts (specialist decorating, sculpture, mosaics, wall paintings). We are recruiting junior project managers for exciting projects. All roles are hybrid - site/workshop/home based.

The role involves managing a portfolio of conservation projects, ranging in size from £5000 up to £1m+. You will be responsible for the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and sustainable workmanship. You will be comfortable managing contractual variations, programming, providing guidance and feedback to our site and workshop teams, and approach heritage conservation with sensitivity, understanding and passion. You will ensure all your projects are run effectively, make a profit and are high quality.

You will have demonstrable experience in the conservation and heritage sector.

Minimum Requirements:

1. SMSTS and relevant H&S training.
2. Clean driver's license and vehicle.
3. Appropriate Management Qualifications desirable.
4. Professional Membership of relevant body.
