Junior Assistant Management Accountant

Location: Nutts Corner, Belfast
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting with month-end close procedures
Managing company credit card reconciliations and related postings
Handling petty cash transactions and reconciliations
Processing employee expense claims
Supporting inter-company account recharges
Preparing financial reports for key stakeholders
Assisting with VAT & Intrastat returns and filings
Playing an active role in business improvement initiatives
Supporting the annual external audit process
Gaining hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Invoicing & Accounts Receivable

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years’ experience in an accounts department (or strong internship/work placement)
Working towards AAT or equivalent accounting qualification
Strong team player with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with good IT & Excel skills
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently
A proactive approach with a drive to learn and grow
