Job description

Pink Giraffe are a recruitment agency hiring on behalf of a client. The client is a marketing agency. You will need full right to work in the UK.

Hybrid in Bristol - 2 days in the office with 3 days at home.

Job Purpose

Own, generate and oversee the visual output of the agency. This covers all media platforms including digital communications (websites, apps, emails etc), printed materials, animation & film, logos and branding. Working into the Head of Creative, your job is to push the creative ambition of the team and clients to create amazing work that changes mindsets and delivers clear ROI.

Accountabilities
  1. Create visual concepts in response to briefs from the Strategy/Client Leadership teams.
  2. Present your work with passion and persuasion showing how it answers the briefs and creates value for the client.
  3. Create clear execution briefs to activate concepts into tangible assets and confidently brief to your wider team and external partners where relevant.
  4. When required, work to develop high level ideas into tangible assets yourself using a range of creative techniques.
  5. Champion creative excellence, always exploring new design strategies that contribute to best-in-class work.
  6. Be the guardian of ideas as you manage work through the creative department, ensuring that it stays on brief, brand and idea.
  7. Review the work of designers, providing clear direction and feedback as needed.
  8. Develop strong relationships with crew, talent and suppliers.
  9. Live and breathe the world of transformative health and marketing, evaluating trends, assessing new opportunities and keeping up to date with the latest news and marketing techniques.
  10. Positively contribute to the culture of Create Health and help grow our employee value proposition.
Role measures
  1. Client satisfaction with client servicing and quality of delivery as measured in regular client survey.
  2. Positive 360 feedback from a cross-agency team.
  3. Consistent demonstration of entrepreneurial thinking and proactivity.
  4. Occasional travel is required.
  5. Usual place of work is Bristol.
  6. Client requirements and their locations mean working hours vary week to week.
