Our client, a renowned and progressive Mayfair-based art gallery, is dedicated to promoting blue-chip and emerging artists, connecting art collectors with exceptional works from around the world. In an exciting time of growth, they are looking to expand their new business sales team.

We are seeking passionate and professional Sales Consultants who thrive in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building relationships with prospective clients, and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieving set sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
2. Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline by fostering relationships with potential customers.
3. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in our systems.
4. Coordinating with various departments to facilitate a seamless sales process for customers.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in achieving direct sales targets within a sales role, or a strong desire to succeed in a sales-oriented environment with a steady employment history.
2. A tenacious attitude and drive to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
3. Exceptional communication skills and perfect conversational English.
4. Eloquent phone voice and a willingness to improve through constructive criticism.
5. Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Benefits:

2. Competitive compensation, including a base salary of £1,500 per month net and commission ranging from 5% to 15% on sales.
3. Convenient office hours, Monday to Thursday from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with an early finish on Fridays.
